well Gruden actually said that the Raiders didn't even change their audible calls by the time they met. How the hell were the Raiders gonna win that Super Bowl if the offensive personnel and verbiage were exactly how Gruden set it up?

and also, Gruden is a quarterbacks guy, so he just didn't know how to handle his top-5 selected running back when he had no good quarterbacks at the time to fall back on. If Cadillac can come back healthy, then him and Graham would be right up there in top 1-2 running back combos in the league.
