Which is more important?
I'm a firm believer that a great defense will always beat a great offense. That year the Raiders got smashed by the Bucs they had the number one rated offense in the league. Imo you don't need to spend your entire cap on a star QB. Spread the money around and build up a monster defense and get a game manager QB and you can win.
