Very true. Team defenses in NCAA Football suck. Its all about mega offenses and one or two key defensive players. In football it all depends on how you build. But there are for sure some well built defenses as an entire unit.

the newer offenses like the spread in college are made to make the D look bad...but in some conferences a good D can still win...but with the more and more teams that are switching to a spread offense or atleast an option offense, the defenses will start to look worse and worse....their are a few teams that can still win with D....LSU and Michigan to name a couple....
