as it didn't violate any anti-trust laws, the iphone will not be available for use on other networks. apple is negotiating exclusive contract agreements with one wireless carrier per country. i'm with cingular anyway, so this isn't going to affect me at all. looks like i'll be upgrading my EDGE iphone in july to 3g. now i just have to find an upgrade for my blackberry.
