It doesn't take that many people.

Donaghy said TOP EXECUTIVES....Stern, the co-comish, and the VP of basketball operations. That's three guys from the NBA that need to know. Then the company men that make the calls....Bob Delany, Ken Mauer (btw he's a convicted felon so if he refutes these claims by Stern's logic we shouldn't believe him either), Dick Bavetta, Bill Spooner, etc.

Not that hard to keep it quiet. Especially when you know that if you talk about it you go to jail as well.
