Eli Manning top ten? No way. Let him do that for more then 4 games this season first. And Carson Palmer is good as hell. He has all the tools. Cincy just has no Defense and shitheads for players. But Carson is extremely talented. I dont think there is any doubt he is top 3 right after Brady and Manning.
