The Jets reportedly tweaked Brett Favre's contract slightly after acquiring him from Green Bay. His remaining salaries ($12M in 2008, $13M in 2009, and $14M in 2010) are intact, but Favre can now retire from the Jets at any time and not have to forfeit bonus money. The Jets got their man, but left themselves unprotected.
