The interior is pretty damn sick, but the exterior still hasn't grown on me.

i remember when the new accord pulled into honda lot while i was working . . .

i was like "fuck work!" went and looked at the car for like 45 minutes . . .

i think it's fucking badass

saw a blue one on the road while i was going to the airport! sweeet!

These pics were taken today. the car is about 2 months old, Of course I came from an s2000 so the cars are total opposites. Ill tell you this though, this is a Luxury car it belongs with an Acura badge. Honda really stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun with this car. Ive driven other honda accords including an 07 ex-l V6, and this car is a different beast. Even though it has Honda Variable Cylinder management (shuts down cylinders when your cruising at a constant speed), this car has power. I dynoed (yeah I was curious to see what kind of power this was putting down) at 224whp, on 93 octane and about 5k on the odometer. I've sinced switched over to synthetic oil and put another 1000 miles on her. Honda rates the car at 268hp on regular gas and about 273hp on premium. But according to my dyno, its more like closer to 280hp. One thing is for sure, this 3.5 engine could use an intake setup, as the stock is super restrictive. When we rigged up my intake with a cone filter and had it exposed in the engine bay, it made 228whp.
