Hank is right. The National League should get with the 21st century and adopt the DH rule. So there won't be any comparisons as the AL being the "stronger league" because the NL plays "scientific baseball"

Well, maybe the AL should stop coddling their pitchers? Regardless of what it the "right way" to play, Hank Steinbrenner is a fucking tool who opens his mouth and yells shit for no reason. You know who he reminds me of? Brick from "Anchorman" when he says "I love lamp" or "I don't know why I'm yelling!" He's trying sooooo hard to be like George. Difference is, George won. So when the lion roared, people listened. And he actually made some fucking SENSE when he spoke.

And, Yankee fan? STFU. For years and years the rest of baseball fans all across the country had to endure a Yankee suck-fest by all baseball talking heads, so if they now have an unkind word to say, boo-fucking-hoo.

And, a title header for this thread could have just been: "ESPN. They're a bunch of idots." That way it covers the whole network and everyone there, regardless of sport.

well the fact is no matter what sport there is going to be the "main" team that everyoen has to talk about...i agree with the point Chubz is making...i hate nothing more than watching a game and hearing these guys talk about another team for half of it....

you could almost compare it to John Madden talking about Brett Favre..he would talk about him while tha chargers played tha Pats....its just stupid....
i really think it is that these guys cant fill the whole game by talking about the game so they try to throw in other teams to fill space...and unfortunatly it has to be the Yankees....
