I would say the Mets have the best rotation. If you were to say who has the best staff, you would have to through the Padres in the mix. The bullpen has not given up a run this season.

Top three have to be between the Angels, Mets and Padres though, In my opinion.

actually, the record isn't indicative of the athletics pitching performance (not the rotation anyway). look at all the unearned runs sustained by haren this season, among others. you can't look at records with regard to performance, as they aren't good indicators. even numbers can be deceiving (peavy was on his game last year for the padres, although his numbers would have you think otherwise).

as you say, we'll see how the season progresses, though i still believe oakland has the best rotation in all of baseball.
