I feel this section could be of great benefit to our members. Information from suppliments to athletic training canhelp ouot everyone. Over the nest few weeks, I will be searching and adding things to this section and hopefully generate some interest.

Im interested in improving this section as well. Im getting back into fitness pretty hard right now and this section could be of some help in the future.

I will admit i have been neglecting this forum too. I just had foot surgery so I have not been lifting. I am back at it now.

I was very inactive when I was younger so i was below average strength. I have a job that requres heavy lfting and people would comment on how weak I was. I didnt like it so I started lifting.
I lift for strength. I want to learn olympic lifts. I am meeting with a coach today. Even though I am a lot stronger than I was before I still here shit and people wont let it go. It doesnt bother me. I had to help move this 40' walk board and at one time I could barely pick one side up and walk. I went out the other day and put one side up over my head, and it was easy. :)
