Height: 6'4" Weight: 338 lbs. Waist: 44 Biceps: 19 Calves: 20 Chest: 54 Maxes: Bench: 275 Squat: 350 Power Clean: 175(hardest lift I have ever done, other than snatch) Dead lift: 400 Goals Bench: 400 Squat: 500 Dead lift: 600 Weight 250. I wanna be back at my playing weight...I hate being fat |

Yeah, I was thinking that, And they are in the works of getting one. Hell, their high school(Lipscomb has a campus school and a university on the same campus) are contenders for the state championship every year, and won it my sr. year of HS. Doesn't really make sense to me. I still have aspirations of walking on at MTSU. It's D1, but they play in the Sun Belt conference, maybe I'll have a chance, who knows.

areas of interest: my entire body
plans on how to accomplish it: Eat all the time (6-8,000 cal diet) and weight lift every 2 days. I've been doing it for 5 years now and gained almost 50 lbs. Not quick enough.

6000-8000 calorie diet does not good if it has no nutritional value. and weigh lift 4 days a week, make your body hurt. i remember the first time I lifted weights, sitting in class, I couldn't raise my arm

I would love to be around 210lbs or so with around 10% bodyfat. I know this will take a while. but its a goal, long time goals are good.
