What are you main goals in fitness? like how much do you want to weigh or look, or just simply want to do?
I know for me i want to be 210lbs with about 8-10% bodyfat. SO bad |

I want to get big but genetically that proably will not happen. My day is pretty small and my older brother is smaller than me. I hope I got my moms side of the genetics because I have a few uncles that are pretty big and a few cousins.
Something like this guy is what I am going for. http://www.killsometime.com/Pictures/images/Muscles.jpg my goal is similar to yours. I just do not want to be known for being week any more. I install sings and yesterday at work I had to jump up and grab something pull my whole body up to get into it. The problem was the tight space. 3 guys said I couldn't do it. I did it on the first shot. I know a lot of guys my age could do it but I oculd not have done it 6 months ago. |

body fat isn't really an issue for me. i've always been athletic and cut, with a pretty compact frame (and huge calfs : P). once i recover from arm surgery i hope to get back to my playing weight of 155, adding close to 5 lbs. of lean muscle mass to my frame. can't wait to get back to the gym and not be limited to working on my legs and biking.
