I ve never really been into working out, eating good & taking vitamans & all that crap but my mom bought my dad some GNC MEGA MEN & he dosn't use them so she gave them to me, copule questions....

Is it normal to piss neon green, literally like a glowstick green after eating them?

I just started taking them yesterday, took one in the morning & one at night. When it says dietary supplament that dosn't mean it's gonna make me not wanna eat right? Cuz im already skinny & i wanna start taking care of myself by eating these but Im not going to if im gonna loose weight.

They just keep you healty not make you loose weight correct?

Green pee is very normal. It has to do with the B12 in the vitamin. Whatever your body does not need it turns into waste and it just happens to make your pee green.

They will not make you lose weight. I do not see the need in taking them twice a day. I would only take them in the morning.

This is what I take. It helps keep me from getting sick all the time but I still only take one a day.

What's the best way to warm up for a workout (free weights and/or machines) and the best way to recover. I've been noticing (since I haven't been working out much) that when I go back after a long period of inactivity, my body just gets really freaking sore for a while.

So basically what's the best way method to avoid getting very sore/stiff after a workout?

one of the best ways for me when im sore to relieve it, is just stretch that muscle or muscle group and its temorary, or i just work it out by working out lol.

being sore is very normal. so dont think its bad.

x2 on getting this forum going. i feel bad that i left for a few weeks :[

some people (including myself) need 2-3 multivitamin pills a day. I used to take 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 before I went to sleep. I did this for a month or so and my vitamin levels were dead on when i got blood work done

As far as I know there is not. Those muscles are not adjusted to being trained so they are kind of in shock ass to what happened. You need to keep a routine going to keep from getting as sore. You can do lighter work outs with just machines but you will not damage the muscle as much there for you will not get the same benefit.
