I've never really worked out except for 1 year few years ago.
Anyway, some days I just feel completely out energy. Should I take some vitamins or multivitamins? I don't want it just for the energy factor but I hear it's really good to stay heathly? Not really sure. Let me know what you fellas think. Thanks |

Take vitamins. Order them online they are cheaper.

LOL yeah I should probably stop posting while I'm trying to study!
I usually eat breakfast (cereal) only school days so Mon-Thur. Other than that, I usually don't eat it. |

perfect breakfast cereal. the fiber and protein will help in the mornings feel fuller and stay full for a while. Try making sure you eat breakfast everyday that will help. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

your best option for breakfast is to eat a few eggs as well.
you guys took animal pak everyday? I only take it before I lift. That is an ass load of pills to down everymorning.
