So the last time i weighed myself i was 304 i hoped on the scale today and clocked in at 297.5 - 298. And thats just from changing my diet and doing a thirty minutes of cardio.
Im excited. Oh and since i stopped drinking beer i think thats going to help |

My eating has changed dramatically. eggs,oatmeal,turkey,chicken breast,rice (instant & brown),yogart,tea,fruit ect ect. On top of all that i've cut beer out of my life completely.
