Tony Grossi, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports the Cleveland Browns are believed to have offered QB Derek Anderson a three-year contract proposal, and RB Jamal Lewis a two-year contract proposal.

So much for the start of the Quinn era if this is true.

I figured that they would at least keep Jailtime around.

Smart move, although they might want to see what they have in Brady Quinn at some point next season. I'm under the impression that he was a product of a great supporting cast, but he definitely got the job done.
