Will Lane Kiffin get the ax?
There have been reports that after the Radiers 41-14 loss on MNF that he could possibly be on the way out as Head Coach in Oakland. Despite the fact the Raiders won 23-8 against Kansas City, there's word going around he could be fired this week.
Would this be a right move? Should they wait until after the season, or are they expecting too much from him right now? And if Kiffin goes, will Rob Ryan go with him at some point?

He prob will and thats sad. He doesn't desearve it. The really sad part though is that if he does get fired, James Lofton is the top candidate to replace him. Rob Ryans name has also been thrown around. Idk, maybe Rob would be better as a head coach then a D cord. Either way, we are a nonfunctioning mess.

He is still here, but I think its only a matter of time now. If we get bombed next week then thats prob it for Lane.

I think it'd be a dumb move for the Raiders to make. It's like they want him to turn it around NOW instead of building it up. They're asking him to literally build Rome in a day.

Exactly. Its not going to happen. No matter who the bring in its going to take time. And every time they bring in a new coach it starts all over again.

Can Al Davis get the axe? lol, that organization will always be a mess until it changes ownership. They need some consistency from the head coaching position and thats not accomplished if your firing your coaches after 1 year.....

Al Davis goes through Coaches like Paris Hilton goes through a box of condoms. If he doesn't like the coach, he fires them. Then he gets somebody else, and it turns out to be a bit of a bad move. I've felt that Davis needs to leave this franchise and go to the old folk's home.
Maybe Matt Millen should own the team. lol

Its now rumored that Lane has a job lined up to be the Syracuse Head Coach when he gets fired.
