Tony Romo out 4 weeks with broken pinkie on throwing hand. - The Postgame Pub

Apparently, Romo broke his right pinkie finger in Sunday's overtime loss in Arizona. There's not a lot out there yet concerning this, but according to ESPN, Brad Johnson will be named starter during Romo's absence. Considering the next 4 weeks become more difficult for the Cowboys, this doesn't look good for Big D. Here's a link to the story, but it's not much.

ESPN has been referring to Johnson's track record all day, and they don't think that he'll have any problems under center.

well that's no surprise, ESPN rides Patriot and Cowboys balls all day. Anyone who honestly thinks that Brad Johnson can run that offense and play at the same level that Romo has is crazy. He has nowhere near the same amount of mobility, and Arizona absolutely molested Romo yesterday.

On another note, let the quest for the BIG BLUE REPEAT begin.

I think that Johnson will be alright, though.

Their schedule isn't that bad for the next few weeks (except for Week 9, oh boy).

Not if the offensive line continues to struggle like that. Bertrand Berry made Flozell his bitch but the rest of the line didn't perform too well either. Romo was pressured all day.

I hope the timetable is right, because me and AZ are having the avatar smackdown November 2nd

watch the cowboys go undefeated and Romo losses his job, and then Jessica Simpson dumps him because he isnt a huge football star anymore......can anyone say drew bledsoe????

but seriously, i dont think the cowboys will do well with Johnson, if he was that good he wouldnt have bounced around the league from team to team the last few years

This is gonna suck... The Cowboys will be lucky to go 8-8. Locally they are already talking of firing Phillips.. The team is divided and the injuries just keep piling up. Jones is out for up to 4 weeks, our punter is out most likely for the year, this year is falling apart.
