Patriots Super Bowl Hangover? - The Postgame Pub

Do you guys think they are going to have a hangover? Why or why not? Teams won't be afraid of them as they once were. The defense isn't as good as it was last year and they can't bring out the same game plan they had last year because teams are going to be ready for it.

Hell no. Its not a matter of being afraid. Its a matter of not being good enough. They still have the BEST QB/WR tandom in the game. They still have Wes Welker. They still have Bellichek. They will be just fine. 12-4 season with at least a trip to the AFC Championship I predict.

If they stay healthy they will be in the SB this year. If they win or not... I am not sure.

Just seen an update. Brady got his ass handed to him on a play. Had to leave the game. looked like a knee..

I still think they will have a small hangover, I don't think the defense is as good as it once was. The jig is over, teams know how to beat this team now.

I hope Brady's out for a while. That or his knee hinders his play. From the way Favre and the Jets played, they're going to push the Pats a bit this year.

I wonder if they will try to grab Cullpepper now? I would try that in a second. Dahnte to Moss again. Better then Cassell.

does anyone find it ironic that the Pats used to always have brady on the injury report every week....and then they took him off of it for this week and he gets hurt...but they updated the injury to an ankle injury. he should miss much if any time.....

but even with him out for a game or 2 they will still make the playoff and AFC championship game appearance
