1. Titans
The titans are playing incredible on defense and continue to rack up the wins becoming one of only 4-0 teams in the league. Tough defense and a strong running attack is a recipe for not only regular, but postseason success as well. As long as Kerry Collins can continue with solid, mistake-free play they will keep racking up wins. 2. Giants Despite continued issues with WR Plaxico Burress off the field, Giants fans shouldn't worry too much as he gives 100% when it counts. Unfortunately this relatively easy early 6 game stretch gets much tougher with almost all of their division games and tougher opponents coming in November and December. 3. Steelers While the injuries at RB may be a concern, the Steelers found a way to win despite floundering a bit in the first half. James Harrison may be trying to make his case for DPoTY with 5.5 sacks already through 4 games. Unfortunately, a tough Jacksonville team is standing between them and their bye week. 4. Cowboys While the Cowboys may still have a case for best team in the NFC, they need to address major issues in their pass defense and offensive playcalling. Only rushing one of the better running backs in the NFL only 8 times will not win you games. They need to start creating turnovers on defense as they are the only team without an interception at this point. 5. Panthers The Panthers offensive line did a much better job of giving Delhomme protection despite losing both offensive tackles early against the Falcons. On defense they are better than they have been in years, and have yet to allow a 100yd rusher despite going up against 4 of the better RB's in the league. Unfortunately they are leading the league in penalties. 6. Bills Continuing to play inspired football in the 2nd half, they cannot allow inferior teams to stay in the game as long as they did against the Rams and Raiders. Fortunately a rather lenient schedule should allow them to work these issues out, as will the continued improvement of Trent Edwards and the rest of Buffalo's offense. 7. Chargers In a rather disturbing trend among teams this year, a rather poor first half showing by the Chargers turned into a very good second half to put down the Raiders. With LT back at full steam and Phillip Rivers having a career year so far, expect them to take over the division lead. Norv Turner just needs to get them playing 4 quarters of good football. 8. Redskins Their most convincing win of the season may also be the most important, giving both the Redskins and Jim Zorn confidence. Jason Campbell has yet to throw a single interception this year, and a rather healthy turnover margin have contributed heavily towards their success to this point in the season. 9. Buccaneers Even though he lost his son days before the game, Matt Bryant played through the pain and took the team to victory on his leg. The defense may be playing extremely well, but the offense cannot continue to give the ball away and expect wins. 10. Eagles Without Brian Westbrook the Eagles became one dimensional, they will need him back for a tough test against the division rival Redskins this week. Coaching needs to improve as this squad is making too many mistakes and going for four runs in a row against the Bears' defense proved costly. 11. Packers Aaron Rodgers came down to earth against his first real defensive test, and his injury is cause for concern among Packer fans. If the Packers want to win games, they need to get the run going again. If the Packers find themselves having to rely on Matt Flynn, their season may turn ugly fast. 12. Broncos Yet again the lack of defense reared it's ugly head but this time the offense couldn't bail them out. Allowing any running back to average 7ypc is a surefire way to put your team in a hole. Things may only get worse as they host Tampa and their dominating defense. If they want to survive and see the postseason, the defense needs to show up. 13. Jaguars Slowly but surely the Jaguars are regaining momentum and re-establishing their running game and David Garrard is finally getting some protection in the pocket. Unfortunately their IR seems to swell after every game and attrition may take them out of contention entirely. 14. Bears After giving up 2 games already in the fourth quarter, the Bears finally managed to come out with a late win against a good Eagles team. Their defense came up with huge stops late and Kyle Orton has finally started connecting with receivers, and a couple defenders unfortunately, down the field. The return of Devin Hester provided a huge boost as well. 15. Saints Even with injuries piling up the Saints handled the 49ers with a much needed win after dropping two straight in late losses to the Broncos and Redskins. Lance Moore stepped up in the absence of Shockey and Colston having a big game. The run defense will need to continue playing well with the Vikings and Adrian Peterson coming to town. 16. Colts 17. Vikings 18. Ravens 19. Patriots 20. Jets 21. Cardinals 22. Seahawks 23. Dolphins 24. Falcons 25. 49ers 26. Chiefs 27. Browns 28. Raiders 29. Texans 30. Bengals 31. Lions 32. Rams |

I don't see the Steelers doing much in the postseason without some healthy RBs and the offensive line really needs to pull together.
They have already let up too many sacks this season. They need to keep the opposing D out of the backfield which has been an issue with them for the past few season. I like the Steelers this season because the D is playing great. The D keeps them in the game and Reed can hit 45 yd field goals all day with agreeable weather. Big Ben likes to play under pressure. He plays well under the pressure. I'd love to see them call the no huddle offense from time to time during the entire game despite what the score may be. Big Ben's ability to play under pressure and come from behind allows the Steelers to be a big threat to any opponet that may think the game is in the bag. Unlike alot of other teams they don't stop playing until the final whistle blows even when they have been completely outplayed in the 1st 2 qts.

Bills are #6!!! I think that is pretty high. And I agree with Chubz somewhat, Steelers have lost, Cowboys have lost. And the only team that had high aspirations this year to reach the playoffs again and havent lost, were the Giants. If they can kill those Seahawk demons then we should deservedly be #1.

Im saying Im fine with the Bills currently being 6, considering who they have faced: Seattle, Jacksonville, Oakland, and St. Louis. Except for the jaguars, the other wins dont impress me that much. Thats why I think 6 is fine for now.

The Titans have about a .965 chance of making the superbowl Cruz. Meaning they have absolutely no shot. Its not going to happen.
