Yahoo! chooses the draft order at random about half an hour prior to the start of the draft.
If you guys want to have the draft order prepared in advance so that you can plan stuff out, it's fine by me. |

I'm pretty sure we did that last year, too.
My ideal tentative schedule would be to have the participants finalized by the end of the month, and then the draft order set. Two weeks, or so of pick planning will be given, yada yada yada. The draft can be sometime in mid to late August. |

I'll take the stinky last pick again. It didn't impede me at all last season, even though my first round pick ended up shitting the bed

word.....we were fine with the random order last season. with a 12 team league, you basically should have an outline of your #1 picks, then have PLENTY of backups at that position to choose from.
