So then our league is going to have 16 teams (one spot left to fill; I'm sure that Phi would do it) by your motto.

We also need to make sure that everyone in it is still around. You don't want to get to the draft and have a few people not around. Make sure everyone is still active and apart of this. Does everyone have AIM? Maybe would could do a live draft on AIM.

Of course. I'll send out invites to the league, and give the guys a week to accept. If nothing, they lose their chance. It's as simple as that.

Yahoo! will be fine. No need for AIM.

I'll let the active members on here choose when the draft should be. Those who aren't active will just have to deal with whatever happens.

We also need to decide on a maximum number of teams. 16 is what it looks like right now, but how about I send out the current invites first? From that, we can can see who is going to be active, and who isn't.

I think we should do another like go around and make sure people are active because it would be rlly bad to have a dead league. Especially if the winner was someone who wasnt active and didnt know they won. We need to make sure activity is there during the draft and throughout the whole season. It will kill the league if there isnt, just my opinion.

Alright. I'll send out both an e-mail, and PM to each participant. All they have to do is answer my back with a confirmation in the same fashion within about a week, or so.

Those such as cruzg24, Darius Ali, and Chubz won't need confirmations. You guys have been the most active in this thread.

We had 14, which I think is a stretch. I don't really have much say in the matter, but I think 16 will be stretching it, as far as putting together a starting team throughout the season goes. Just imagine when the deluge of inevitable QB injuries starts to happen
