The Redskins will open the NFL preseason against the Indianapolis Colts in the 46th annual Hall of Fame Game on Sunday, Aug. 3 in Canton, Ohio. The contest will kick off at 8 p.m. ET at Canton's Fawcett Stadium and will be televised nationally on NBC's Sunday Night Football. Safety LaRon Landry is out for this game with a hamstring injury although IMO I don't think they would play him for the 1st game anyway.

Well obviously we won't be seeing too many of the starters in this game but I suspect that for the Skins we'll see 3rd or 4th string QB Colt Brennan in the second half(who btw isn't impressing anyone in camp, too bad), Fred Davis TE. Stephon Heyor and maybe Chad Rienhart getting lots of reps at LT and the other OL man I'll be keeping an eye on will be Andrew Crummey.
Defensively, Jason Taylor might see a series but the likes of Rob Jackson, Lorenzo Alexander, Matt Sinclair, Chris Horton, Justin Tryon and Leigh Torrence should get some nice reps. The first wave in the punter battle (frost vs Brooks) might be the easier camp battle to get a feel for. |

Really?
Chris Chandler Everett, 6-4, 220, UW star and third-round draft pick played 18 NFL seasons, made two Pro Bowls, passed for 28,484 yards. Led Atlanta to 1999 Super Bowl. Yeah he is the only legit one but thats ok. We still have a heavy Pro factory going. |

Actually he played for 17 years, from 88 to 91 he pretty much sucked and didn't do reasonably well until 1992-1994, had a good game with the Oilers in 95 then got shipped off to Atlanta where he did relatively well but being injury prone earned him the nickname Crystal Chandelier.
