soooo... you didnt watch the game. rusty on the first drive yes, but they ran the ball effectively anyway, including Jacobs on a 27 yard rumble. Big things for BJ this year.

running the ball efectively has nothing to do with Eli. Any 3rd string QB in the league can hand the ball off.

wow were we all wrong....but there is a few things i picked up on with the lions..
Kitna might be a decent QB this year with their new "roll out" offense....he actually has some time to get a pass off....the fact that the lions didnt give up a sack is nuts to...i cant remember the last time that has happened...EVER.... the running game is going to be a tough thing to base your offense on, thats what they want to do..the secondary is going to be a wreck this year..and they probably have the worst 3 starting linebackers in the league... still not more than a 6 win team |
