Opening night on MNF....dunno if I want my team opening on such a large stage. Could be a setup for total disaster in front of millions of viewers.

What are you talking about man. The Raiders have nothing to lose. Nobody expects them to do shit anyways. And every time we play Denver its a good game. If we can knock out Denver in week one it would be a HUGE lift to the franchise and fan base. If we don't then it won't really be a let down cause we have been horrible for 5-6 years now. Im excited as hell for this game.

I completely agree. No one really expects this team to do much, so they dont have anything to lose. I mean when was the last time Oakland was good?
The Super Bowl against the Bucs?

Im taking the Raiders to upset. Russel - McFadden & company with do damage and suprise many people.

Thats another good point. We really have no passing game. Our WR core is pretty bad. We will become predicatable early.

The game hasn't started yet, but for some reason I'm wondering if this is going to be like the MNF game a few years ago where the Chargers just destroyed the Raiders.
