To me this is the early game to watch. I probably will be flipping between this and Green Bay-Tampa. The Titans are coasting and the Vikings just got a win that they desperately needed to give their team a spark.
When the Titans have the ball, you have a great battle of rush offense vs. probably the best run defense out there. Kerry Collins will have to pick up some first downs with his arm, and pass defense has been Minnesota's weak link thus far. When the Vikings have it, you have Adrian Peterson vs. the best overall defense, probably composed of the best front seven in football because of their great linebacking unit. Their secondary is definitely up there too plus is Jeff Fisher coaching them. They need to show that they can stop AP in the early stages of the game to force Frerotte to make mistakes. That is definitely a possibility. Tennessee in a tight one. |
