I'm thinking of moving to NJ or NY after I graduate. I keep hearing that Jersey girls are hot, but what the rest like?

jersey girls are easy. If you move to NJ make sure it's south Jersey. Thats where all the nice areas are, including the beaches

Yeah I suggest if you move to the east coast move up towards the north, lol! I LOVED NY when I went!

Wildwood, Avon, Cape May, Belmar, etc.

the good thing about Cali now is the massive drop in hime prices. Some places have home values that dropped 50%

I'm still not even sure with that 50% drop that I will ever be able to afford a house here. Not even a dump that needs work My old roommates house has dropped double digits and even now if I was making $70-80k a year I would not be able to afford it.

Thats true, because I have family in Compton and thier little 3 bedroom one bathroom house is worth about 380 grand. In COMPTON!!
