you know i really havent heard enough from both candidates yet....but i have to say from what i have heard, Obama has more ideas that i am interested in...like the child healthcare and the working class tax breaks

im just tired of republicans and McCain backs pretty much everything GWB did for 8 years and all this would be is an extension of idiocy

MCain. I don't want Obama to come in and destroy the Military. MCain is a former POW so I know he will take care of the troops. Thats my main issue. Plus Im more toward republican policies anyways. Democrats are just a little bit to liberal for me. But either way, thank god its not Hillary.

Obama wouldnt destroy the Military, it's still going to get the massive funding that it needs. Obama just want to get our asses out of Iraq. And quite frankly so does the rest of the country. Im also tired of the whole POW angle. I mean I respect what McCain took for this country but tell me what the hell does that mean for him the president? It's time for a change. Ask the teachers across the country about GWB and the republicans "No Child Left Behind Bill" did more harm than good

Chubz you didnt know...if your a former POW or veteran and have rich parents or married rich...oh and are a white catholic...you can run for prisdent....its written in the bilaws.....bilaws for what i dont know

100 more years in Iraq? no thank you. It will be interesting to see the the final debate before the election on October 15th. It's hosted by Hofstra, and the main focus is foreign affairs. I will probably vote based on if I like what I hear from Obama. If not, I don't think I'll vote.

Thats y I believe obama will be president. I read 2 of Obamas books and their interesting and they rlly give oneself an appreciation for what our government is able to do, in terms of giving people an opportunity to succeed. I still think we need to follow George Washingtons advice and be as isolated as possible. Lets help ourselves before we help others. We bitch and complain about health insurance and gas prices and poverty, but we go and help others. The government should give back to the hardworking people who want a better life for themselves and their children.

Well Obama has some good ideas but to me my main concern with him is his religion and the fact that to me he has disrespected the nation in a way....what I mean if he wants to be president then he should respect the country enough to put his hand over his heart when someone sings the National Anthem...
