Ok, So i woke up this morning and my back wisdom toth area felt really tender.
I just shrug it off, didnt really think much of it. I get to 1st hour and its gets painful, to the point where it was unbearable. So i leave school and then go straight to the dentist office. They tell me that my wisdom tooth is trying to come out and it is trying to pierce through the tissue and that is what's causing the sharp pain. So I take an Ivy Profin to stop the pain and it works. i have an appointment for surgery on thursday and they'll be removing all 4 of them. I've never done this and im just curious if anyone else has gone through the procedure.... ??? |

I removed all 4 at my dentist office. Went pretty smooth.
Hurts a little afterwords, but that's bound to happen with this kinda of surgery. Nothing serious at all. It's not as bad as people make it seem. You will struggle to eat first couple of days though. Go for it |

It's really not bad at all. If you're going to do one thing, do this! Keep ice on your jaw/cheeks every second you can, even if you sleep, sleep on your back so you can do this. It sounds retarded, but what the doctor suggested and what I did, is take a pair of panty hose, cut the two legs off of it, and in each leg place an ice back in them. Tie them around your head vertically, and then wear a hat so they won't slip off the back/front of your head. It sounds like a pain, it isn't, and it does look retarded, but in two 1/2 days I had a full recovery, with no bruising or swelling.

You'd have to knock me the hell out before any dentist takes teeth out of my mouth.
My dentist tried taking my molar out once and it didn't go well. at. all. I had to be knocked out for it. Thankfully, I haven't had to go through this yet but apparently my wisdom teeth are coming in sideways, what fun! Good luck! |

I went to sleep with the oxygen lol! I was scared shitless going into it, but I didn't even need the pain killers they gave me. I lived on watermelon for like 4 days! That's the hard part, eating and no straws, and if your squimish with blood when you have to clean them it might bother you, but other than that smooth sailing! Good luck to you!
