My boss found my secret stash of Flavor Ice - The Postgame Pub

Yup, those.

A few weeks ago, I found a slightly opened box of 100 Flavor Ice pops that was in the chargeback area (since it's opened, we can't sell it, and it has to go through our system as chargeback). The rule is that when candy ends up back there, it's up for grabs as long as the bag/box is left behind to process the stuff properly. I decided to take the box of Flavor Ice, and hide it in a certain aisle in the stockroom. I was going to return the box once I was done with it.

With each shift, I'd take about 5-6 pops, throw them in the freezer, and enjoy them during my day. Life was good.

The kid that worked the morning shift earlier today texted me saying that my boss found the box, and she immediately blamed the overnight team. She said that there's no way to check who the culprit is, but she was going to tell the overnight manager to keep an eye out for whoever pulls the snack items from the stockroom shelves.

Apparently, I didn't hide some of the wrappers good enough either. She found a few of them lying around, but oh well.

I didn't even go near it.

It's okay, though. We already have our Halloween stuff out, so there's going to be plenty of chargeback candy. Hell, I had two decent-sized bags of M&Ms earlier... peanuts, and almonds. Mmm.
