Unfortunately the iPhone or the new iPhone 3g have stereo bluetooth. For whatever reason Apple decided to not enable it. All it take is a firmware for them to enable it. However if you must have it now, there are a couple of adapters that you can get to use your wireless headset. One of them is this:
Sony iPod Bluetooth Adapter - sony TMR-BT8iP ($69.99) ![]() Oakley iPod Bluetooth Adapter - ICOMBI™ BLUETOOTH® STEREO ADAPTER FOR IPOD® ($49.99) ![]() These both come in either black or white, They are relatively small. This works on the ipod touch as well. It's powere off your Ipod/iPhone. IT really doesnt drain the battery anymore than it normally does. Again it costs more than what it should, but at least it's a workaround until Apple stops dragging their asses. |
