Rays are working on the A's as we speak. Good game featuring two teams that are overachieving 100 percent.
Go Rayssss |

the rays are a prime example of how things come together when you build a team the right way. a fantastic job from friedman, harrison and company.

I'm just pleased with the front office working on keeping young talent as the Rays just signed Scotty Kaz to a 5 year deal. The Rays are fast, young and motivated with a few veteran pieces
Let's just hope they don't pull a Marlins and just build up young talent and trade them away. (But they are learning...)

don't count out the marlins. in my opinion, larry beinfest is one of, if not the best general manager in baseball (i know, i know, technically michael hill is running things but everybody knows who's really the man in charge).

anyone watch the padres vs cardinals game?
dude, albert pujols himself LITERALLY took out the 2 starting players alone! he hit the ball and broke the padres' pitcher's(young) nose and then when he was coming home 3rd base, he slid into the cather's(Bard) left ankle and sprained the hell out of it... this dude is a team wrecker
