Using current players. It's tough, but im going with Joba Chamberlain

Why? Because sooner or later he will be in the rotation. He's outstanding int he pen, but he has 3 plus pitches and 1 above average changeup. Thats too much to throw away for a setup man. Besides if he never works out as a starter, he can fall back on being a setup man or closer.

not exactly sure who I'd go with but I'm sure of one thing it would not be a pitcher. IF you are starting out you need an everyday player. I feel that the everyday guys have more value. I could be a homer and say Carlos Gomez from the Twins lol but I will not.
Karl Crawford from the rays wouldnt be terrible or dude from the red sox ellsbury. Not sure on his age but Ryan Howard wouldnt hurt either

Not to be annoying but are we doing current age or way back when they were 20 or whatever? Because if its current then, older guys are out of the loop.

I think regardless, i am taking chase utley.
