NBA GM Mock Draft/FA

Here are the rules:

There will be 30 different people (1 for every team) partipating. For there team they will be the GM (conduct trades, do the draft, sign freeagents and cut players they dont want) There will be a salary cap, and the rules for that are below. The trade rules are also below. Along w/ freeagents and cutting players, and the draft. I am going to be the Golden State Warriors. The rest of the 29 teams are up for grabs for whoever gets them first. Have fun, here are the rest of the rules....

SALARY
-the salary cap for EVERY team will be $100 million
-Here is the salary list for every player in the NBA and that will be the salary for every player, besides when they reach free agency, where the highest bidder will win.

TRADES
-All trades MUST go through me if they are to be accepted.
-You may propose the trade to me over the forum or through my email- calisfinest91@live.com
-You may begin trading as soon as you have your team picked

NBA DRAFT
-We will use the draft order as it currently stands and i will give you a link to the draft order of the 2 rounds.
-There will be NO LOTTERY
For contracts i will try and find a site that has contract negotiations on when they were chosen and how much they got at what spot. (we will determine this more deeply when the draft approaches) http://hoopshype.com/draft.htm
- You may trade DC, but only DURING THE DRAFT, NOT BEFORE.
-THERE IS NO TRADING FUTURE DC

FREE AGENCY
- The highest bidder gets the player
- To sign a player, you must have available cap room (you may not sign them, then cut players)
- I must approve the signing to make sure you have available cap room
- You MUST sign your DC BEFORE Free Agents
- You may cut players as soon as the draft ends, just post it on the forum if you do
- If you cut a player, the salary they made, automatically subtracrs from youyr payroll (ie. Stephon Marbury makes $20 million yearly, your payroll w/ him is $80 million, you cut him, you now have $60 million in cap room
- To sign a freeagent post your bids on the forum, and like an auction, if nobody will make a better bid, the highest bidder gets him. I do not have an influence on the matter.

What is this? A mock draft or a sim league?

I'm assuming mock. More of a thing where you pick for the team's need rather than BPA or whatever.

this is a mock draft for a team that you choose. and the team you choose, you act as that teams GM. and i hope you know what GMs do for their team. (make trades, cut players, sign freeagents, and draft the players.) i am the golden state warriors GM, there are 29 teams left.

Yes, I know what a GM does for a team. And usually when there are trades,cut players,freeagents,and drafting... its called a SIM LEAGUE. I run a very successful one on this site. Its very different from a MOCK DRAFT.
