Gotta Give the Lakers all the credit in the world right now
They are playing great basketball right now. With the 20 point come from behind victory and the 30 point blowout last night. Im not saying the Spurs are done, but theres only so much that you can play from behind on. They look fatigued out there.

30 pt win? Who saw that coming. Both teams have been up big in the first two games. Now they have to carry this over to San Antonio and steal one over there.

I hope they do win it all, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. The spurs are not going to just lay down and die. They will make this a series. Remember, they were also down 0-2 to the Hornets.

Im calling it right now the Lakers are going to win this series, the Spurs' luck has finally run out. The lakers are the best passing team in the nba and kobe ALWAYS steps it up in big games. And Gasol has proved he can handle the pressure in the playoffs.

He stopped shooting after PHX built up a 25 point lead to prove the point that Smush and Kwame suck.
Why would he stop shooting now? He'll step up in these big games. This isn't a blowout first round game. This is the WCF with the chance at a title on the line and now he's passing to Gasol and Fisher. Lakers FO got the message.

Told ya kobe was going to do great, like i said a million times, lakers vs. celtics. They are the 2 best teams and will face each other. Said it at the begining of the playoffs.

It's funny, because even though Boston/LA were the #1 seeds, I didn't see them making it all the way.
I thought that Boston was going to get tripped up early by Cleveland or Orlando (or stopped by Detroit in the East finals), and that LA would eventually run into the defending champion Spurs and get stopped. I'm a Boston fan BTW...so I'm very impressed at what they've been able to accomplish this year. I really did not think they would make it this far. |

Boston is a great defensive team but the Lakers really have a little too much offensively that will carry them to the series win in 6.

ya they have pau, kobe and lamar as their three then fisher can step up and so can v-rad. thats just their starters... they also have a really deep bench and if ariza can play it will make them even deeper. farmar and vujacic in backcourt and then turiaf and walton occassionaly have good games.
