You can't say that Detroit would be the same team if they had drafted Melo, they wouldn't have picked up Prince and things could have turned out completely different. I think that if they can move Billups and Prince for Melo it's something you have to consider, but with Camby wanting to stay and Iverson not opting out, it looks almost as if the Nuggets are building themselves back up. Still, I suppose Billups-Iverson-Prince-Martin-Camby is quite the line-up, but with the West being what it is, I don't see the Nuggets making that move as they just get older.

well if the nuggets made that trade it would give them to chance to win now...their entire team is getting older so time is running out to make a legitimate run, plus they are shopping around melo due to his attitude and off the court problems, kinda like how portland did with rasheed, their is no doubt that if they did get prince and billups the nuggets would be a better team by adding the defense those 2 guys bring, and detroit would be better by adding the scoring for melo..in my mind it is a win win deal....both teams could benefit
