Rumors starting getting out today that the Bulls and Heat have been in talks regarding Dwayne Wade and the number one pick. I wonder how much truth there is to these rumors. I doubt much, but it makes you wonder. What about a deal of Hinrich, Tyrus Thomas, first pick for Wade? Chicago gets a superstar and Miami gets a VERY good pick and a solid pg in Hinrich as well as young PF Tyrus Thomas. Im not the biggest Wade fan but I would like a deal like this.

I havent read or heard much on it but PTI today said it was a deal where Chicago would get the NUmber 2 pick as well. That didn;t make much sense, but then again nither does trading Wade

Doesnt make much sense but that would probably mean we would give up a ton. Kirk, Tyrus,Thabo,Deng-Number one for Wade and number two?
I would do that in a heartbeat and put Wade and Beasley out there with Gooden and Hughes.... |

wow i wonder if this could happen, if bulls dont trade away their 2nd pick and trade wade, they wud have the top two picks playing together. wow. rose and beasley and then the other players, theyd have to build around rose and beasley, and get rid of the oldies on their teams such as... hughes? and others.

I bet Chicago doesn't do it. I would only part with the 1 pick for wade and thats about it. Wade has been really injury prone for a few years now. I wouldn't trade the pick if I were chicago

Its real close but CHubz brings up a good point with the injury problems wade has had. The other thing is I believe he is about to be off his rookie contract and be making a great deal of money. So if you could have Wade for say 12-15 mill a year or Keep Rose for 4 mill a year and maybe have cap to use elsewhere. Also you dont lose out on the other talent that would have to be involved. I assume MIami would be asking for at least one maybe two of the following players, HInrich, Deng. Ty thomas, Noah

No he signed an extension when Lebron did. He has two years left then a player option for the third. Which Im sure he won't turn down because its 17 mill. And he is from Chicago so he may actually want to be there. His injury problems do scare me though.

^^^ thats what I was saying. He is off the rookie deal where he makes the 4m mill dollars. Rose will be on same length contract actually a year longer for over ten million less a year. For a team like the Bulls that I don't think are close enough to pawn to many assets off for Wade should or could afford to do this. Wade and their roster minus what goes out isnt a championship team so no reason to blow it up keep the cheap rebuild going

Obv they can match caps but if they end up having enough cap in FA to go after a maz FA you cloud have ROse and a close to max FA for the same price as wade.
And I doubt Miami wants HUghes at all . They would be in total rebuild and wpuld be looking to dump Blount in the deal as well. So chicago would be lsoing more than just the pick and Hughes who wouldnt be in the deal Id think. I d say the would ggo after Hinirch Deng TY thomas and Naoh. id say their is a 2 percent chance it happens as both teams would always feel they are giving to much

I don't belive in this. If Chicago hire Doug Collins they will stay with their pick. And deal Thomas 1st pick and Hinnrich for Wade is just a rape.

there is no way I do this deal. Chicago will be a better team with the 1 pick thant hey would with losing the 1 pick and giving up a player or 2 in the deal
