Mayo traded to the Grizzlies for Kevin Love and Mike Miller.

Im not sure where Kevin Love fits in with the Twolves. Mike Miller is solid... I would have kept Mayo though. Him and Al Jefferson could have been a nasty combo in a few seasons. McHale is an idiot though.

Honestly, Lurch must have pictures of Glen Taylor blowing a tranny, one-eyed midget. That's the only explination as to how he still has a job. He had a Hall of Fame big man for 12 years and couldn't build a contender around him.

Minnesota need a guy with superstar potential next to Jefferson, not an average starting PF which is what Love is at best.

In time this will turn out to be a bad trade for the wolves since Mayo is the best player in that trade.

I think the T-Wolves made the right decision this time around. They were already stacked with guards and needed a perimeter shooter in which the team lacked last season.

I think the trade makes sence for both teams because Minnesota already has Randy Foye and Rashadz McCantz, now adding Miller makers there lineup of
C-Jefferson
PF-Love
SF-Miller
SG-McCantz
PG-Foye

I wouldn't have even drafted Mayo that high in the first place...he has potential but he didn't seem to learn from his mistakes this year, frequently had very poor shot selection and had quite a number of poor overall performances.

Mayo will be a solid Nba player but was way way overhyped. Kevin Love was MInnys guy from day one after Love workouts and interviews... THus this is a great trade you take a player that a lot teams are in love with in mayo and wait to see who take you guy in Kevin Love them pillage them for assests.

Would have been nice to see a future first or maybe even connely or gay but the last two are unlikely.

Mchale has made alot of bone head move over the years but ever since the KG trade he has a flawless record in the eyes of this Wolves fan
