Brandon Jennings going overseas....

Don't know who heard about this yet, but Jennings is one of the top highschool players in the country. He was supposed to attend Arizona next season but due to the fact that he can't pass the SAT, he is going overseas to play in the Euro leagues until he is eligable to play in the NBA.

Just because you're as dumb as paint doesn't mean a school won't give you a scholarship. He probably just doesn't want to to the college thing. I think Patrick Ewing was an Art major at Georgetown.

Yes, but if you can't pass the SAT min score for a scholarship then you can't play. Thats why Jermaine Oneal went out of highschool. He couldn't pass the SAT's.

Decision made. He is giving up his scholarship to play pro in Europe.

Hes doing this cuz he wants to get paid now and see a part of the world while he does it. Fine with me, atleast hes doing what he loves and if in this case its money, then let him be.

I like this decision too. Exactly what I would do and WAS doing before I got hurt. College is not for everyone. If your only going to go for a year then leave anyway, why waste time doing homework and writing papers? Go make a living.

Yep, I agree Darius. That education isnt going to be worth a damn for him, let someone else get that scholarship who rlly wants to be there.

if Jennings chooses his team right (where he will be guaranteed playing time) and is a lottery pick next year, more players will do this.....
