PGP Membership Contest

We want to expand our active membership base. So how do we do this and give back to the current community right now? Simple we have a contest. Here is how it's going to work, all you have to do is have whomever signup, put your user name in the referral box. I can check IPs so I know if there is any cheating going on. And trust me, if your using AOL i can still get tell if your cheating. Lets play fair, and lets get some more people in here
