In your opinion which QB in the NFC is under the most pressure to perform heading into the 2008 season.
Is it a seasoned vet that needs to show he can win the big one, is it a rookie on a team that is desperate to win something, anything, is it a 3rd year guy that needs to prove he isn't a fluke and save his job, who in your opinion is this QB. Please vote in the poll above and add your explanations here. Last edited by Sweets; 06-17-2008 at 11:54 PM.

Jerome, if you could please vote in the poll so we can see the total as we go would be quite helpful, thanx ahead of time.

i don't think sarcastic responses to ambiguous thread headers would be very helpful to the objective of the poll; therefore, i respectfully decline.

Aaron Rodgers.
He's taking the place of Favre, who is pretty much the first person you think of when you hear about the Green Bay Packers these days. It also doesn't help that they drafted both Brohm, and Flynn. I smell some competition in the works if problems arise. |

^^ didn't even think about that J, but that's a pretty good point (considering brohm only a year ago was in the discussion for the top pick in the entire draft).

T-Jack or as I call him Whack Jack arnolds. The Vikings made some huge moves tis off-season and have one of the best running games in the game with the two headed monster of AD and CT. They spent 50 or so mill in FA to bring Bernard Beriman in to help out the wide out core. He has all the tools and a top 3 offensive line in the game to help him. He has had chances and not shown all that much but this year with this talent on both sides of the ball, he will need to step his game up to stick around. GUs Ferotte is waiting in the shadows

I'd say its Tony Romo, they have these unbelievable expectations in dallas that Tony has to take them to the super bowl. As well as obviously the cowboys are americas team so more people will be paying attention to what Romo does on and off the field.

OK it's obvious Alex Smith is the guy. He was the first overall pick and has had several years to prove himself and is definitely not getting it done.
2003: Carson Palmer 2004: Eli Manning (not to mention Philip Rivers and Roethlisberger in the first round) 2005: Alex Smith 2006: Vince Young Of all these quarterbacks, which one HASN'T made the playoffs? Hint: it's the one in bold.
