Dolphins have hired former Dallas assistant head coach/offense Tony Sparano to be their next head coach and signed him to a four-year contract.

One of a couple departures from the Cowboys which will set them back, anyone thinking that it wont is crazy. Especially if Garrett leaves

Cowboys DL coach Paul Pasqualoni is expected to be named Dolphins defensive coordinator, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Cowboys DBs coach Todd Bowles is also expected to head to South Beach to become assistant head coach/defense.

At least Garrett has turned the Baltimore job, and said that he will stay in Dallas for 2008.
