You forget how good Derrick Thomas was. And you are prob not old enough to have ever seen LT play. Thomas died way to young. Sad. Ray is a beast I agree but LT just changed the whole game. Now I may have gone overboard with the Warren Sapp over Ray thing lol but I still love Sapp. QB Killa baby!

This thread really kills me.. I mean, lets think about this from a football standpoint.

1. There are WAY too many positions to argue one player is the best ever.
2. There are too many "great game changing" players to call out just one.
3. Would you say Jim Brown is the greatest offensive player ever just because he changed the way defenses played the run? HELL NO...
4. There are too many variables IMO to call out one player to be the best.

And if you know or have played any real football you would agree with this...

Ok, how about this... LT is the best outside linebacker of alltime, hands down.

From what I've personally watched....I'd say LT, Derrick Thomas (RIP), Ray Lewis, and Ronnie Lott.

And I wouldn't necessarily label LT a LB....he played more in the down position at DE then he did dropping back into coverage.
