I'm gonna have to agree with you AZ, I won't say any fast RB would have done what he did, because the kid has talent, but his o-line is as good as it gets.

that is all he had in front of him...they had no passing game...so all the defense had to do is plan for Rush everytime and if they did happen to pass, Jackson had to make the play...and he couldnt make the play...and the only GREAT lineman they have is Steve Hutchinson...GO BLUE!!!

dude... put the pipe down. They have a great line. 8 man fronts and they were beating them regularly. I mean come one man... that line was great last year.

then why didnt the running backs before peterson run up and down the field.....his talent gave him the rookie of the year...his talent gave him the single game record..the line helped...he couldnt have dont that behind the lions' O-Line..but he could have behind any decent line....

Emmit Smith was considered the best by alot of people...but i could have ran for 1,000 yards behind that front line...emmit wasnt that great...he just looked good when they were looking good....

I can't remember the other RB that shared snaps with Peterson but he had the same kind of yards. I just think he was hurt some of the year. And why bring up Emmit? I think he is over rated and over hyped.. he was a product of a great team with great coaching.. (but that is another thread) :p

Braylen Edwards and Ed Reed are far too low. Rothlesberger is far too high.

Romo isn't on there? What a joke. Romo had an as good if not better first full season in the league than some of the QBs ranked above him have ever had. Oh yeah he did it without his #2 WR. I know it sounds like homerism, but it's simply illogical; even looking at just statistics it's retarded not to have him on there.
