NFL-No contract, no minicamp for Bears LB Briggs
Still without a contract and apparently without much hope of landing an agreement anytime soon, two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Lance Briggs will not be in attendance when the NFC champion Bears begin a mandatory three-day minicamp on Friday morning.
