Just like the title says. State what position you like the most and why.
mine would have to be a toss up honestly. I like being on O-line but i hate it cuz we almost always get no credit for what happens in a game. And the other is Linebacker. Those guys are beasts and are leaders of the defense. |

My favorite position is being a Safety. But i just like picking off the QB and running it back for a TD or laying the smack down of the receivers.

Anywhere in the secondary of a defense, mainly safety, or cornerback.
That's what I made my player in last year's Madden. It sucks playing the waiting game to just be noticed, or have the chance to be, but it sure does pay off when the player shines. |

i was a quarterback in high school. we ran the option almost exclusively, and possibly had the worst offensive line ever. needless to say we weren't very good, but i sure as hell racked up a ton of rushing yards (as well as injuries).

Fullback or Defensive End
The reason for those is because I played as both in HS, although I was exclusively a FB for my Senior year. Fullbacks are one of thos guys that works hard and doesn't get a lot of credit (like OL). |

Well, I love the O-line. Hmm, I wonder why. Oh because I am 6'4 and weigh 338 and played Oline all my life. I don't care about not getting any recognition, b/c our running backs always recognized us when they would rush for 1500 yards

The other thing I love about the line, pulling and being a lead blocker. I loved layig out little DB's or an undersized linebacker on a designed sweep for me to pull and be the leadblocker. As well as when a DT doesn't know what the hell he is doing and stands straight up and doesn't realize his ass is about to get trapped. |

Er, never mind. Strong Safety. My favorite player of all time is #28 Darren Woodson. He used to line people up over the middle and just lay them the hell out. Plus he was a pretty good "Center Fielder" and got a bunch of great INTs by reading the QB. That's what I would want to play. |

haha, we definitely could have used somebody of your size on the line. the o-lines average height was around 5'9-5'10, and nobody weighed over 220 lbs. needless to say, it isn't easy running the offense when the d-line literally walks over the top of your linemen, and you're scrambling around with 7 guys on your ass and your running back gets pummelled trying to save your ass.

Never played because I participated in other fall sports, but if I did I would have either been a WR or DB. Our HS was a very rare one; we actually had a balanced attack, instead of handing the ball off every single play lol. My speed was exceptional, but my hands are inconsistent, so DB is likely where I would want to go. The coach tried recruiting me when he saw my shuttle time and 20 pullups in gym class, but I never played :(

I played Safety and WR in high school, I liked safety better because I had more run of the field. I was extremely tall for safety at 6'-4" 225 lbs so no opposite WR's could out jump me for the ball. I also liked hitting people extremely hard especially on balls thrown to the middle of the field.
