Whether is all natural chicken or turkey breast int he morning, afternoon or dinner, pretyt much all I eat is grilled turkey/chicken. With maybe a steak added in 1 or 2 times a week.

I usually eat 3-4 chicken breasts per week, and prefer to eat chicken whenever I go to TBell or Cousins etc. but I don't go out to eat very much at all. When I'm at work I put chicken on every pizza I eat.

I eat a lot of plain grilled chicken. Usually 4 times a week for dinner.
My main lunch is Blazing buffalo chicken. It is Boars Head I get it from the deli it is awesome. It is not hot sometimes you get some that is hotter than other's but I love that stuff.

I probably make chicken for dinner 3 nights a week.. the other 3 i am making turkey.. the last night is for either beef, pork or fish..
