I will post my diet in hopes that others do so also.
I am eating a lot less since I injured my knee and upper back and I have not been lifting. Trust me it is not from lack of motivation. I am miserable with out the gym. Breakfast 6:30 2 eggs over easy 2 slices of Whole grain bread Sometimes I throw in some extra egg whites. 9:30 2-4 hardboiled eggs, I give the yolks to the guy I work with. I can not stand hardboiled egg yolks. 1 Granola bar. 11-12 Lunch Raw Broccoli and carrots with a small cup of spicy ranch 1 Blazing buffalo sandwich 1 small cup of lite applesauce 2 PM Half of a Turkey sandwich (lite mayo and spicy mustard) 1 granola bar. 4:30 On my way home from work. Second half of the turkey sandwich Small bag of cashews. Dinner varies Usually grilled chicken and a side of steamed veggies. Pre-bedtime snack Cashews and deli chicken.

i rarely ever agree with people's diets, as they rarely know anything about nutrition, but this is excellent advice for anybody looking for a quality diet. nice job.
