GTA 4 - How to get the F-22 Raptor - The Postgame Pub

This video shows you how to unlock the secret F-22 Raptor fighter plane in GTA IV. Be prepared to take some simple notes as you will have to retrieve two hidden items inside Liberty City to unlock the secret location in the game. This works in both the Playstation (PS3) and Xbox 360 versions of Grand Theft Auto IV. TONS of fun!

Ill post screenshots of it asap...once I figure out how!

what?!?!? Did you watch carefully? You have to get BOTH and then go to the secret location for the jet!
